I love the homey feel of these apartments. Office staff was super nice! Very welcoming!

We came by to view property, we’re moving in January. Even though they didn’t have anything at the time to view, they went above and beyond to show us the property and amenities and made us feel so welcome.

Do not rent from this place. Apartments are in horrible condition, they nickel and dime you, and will not do anything to fix or clean the apartments. My ceiling is caving in from years of water damage. I’ve complained numerous times throughout the years, and nothing has been done to fix the problem. I’ve had excessive damage to personal property from water coming out the ceiling; because, of the outright neglect from Hurd real estate. My apartment is full of mold, and there are mushrooms growing... on my ceiling. I was never offered any sort of discount. They just continue to make demands from their tenants while offering nothing in return. This is inhumane squalor, and no one deserves to live in these kinds of conditions. All they care about is money and outside appearance. Inside is musty, molding and mildew. When walk thru was done I was told they had never seen one so clean, when asked about security deposit was told sorry had to replace blinds told management they were like that when I moved in so she dropped that and said smelled of smoke everywhere. Don't complain about anything because they turn and find something you "are in the wrong for and they are always right'. Don't complain about the unruly... kids because mom works in the office. Do not live here. This place is awful. The maintaince process is dreadful and nothing ever gets resolved. They will change your rent prices, and won't fix anything. I have had issues that they have been "working on" for A YEAR. A whole year to fix a door and dishwasher. Unless you're looking to win a lawsuit, don't move in.
