Chestnut Flats

This is the worst apartment I’ve lived in. The hallways and parking lot is always covered with garbage. The office people are extremely rude. No one ever answers the phone there. The walls and floors and thin so you will hear everything coming from everything direction. Overall not the best place to rent.

I would recommend to everyone not to move here. The office people are very rude. The parking lot and apartment hallways are always covered in garbage. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. And if you live above someone walk softly because the walls are thin aswell

If you have asthma or allergic to cigarette smoke do yourself a favor and dont move here. My neighbors smoke inside their apartment and on their balcony and my apartment smells like a stink ashtray! Nothing is getting done about the issue. They will tell you that so and so doesnt smoke even when you tell them you see them smoking.
