Great apartment, great view
Loved going for runs on the bridge and Coolidge Park and being able to walk to our favorite restaurants in North Shore and downtown. The apartment was spacious with tons of storage space. Sometimes we heard neighbors above us, but it wasn't worse than other apartments we have lived in, even with a big dog living upstairs. Lots of parking, safe and friendly community.

Zero sound isolation
The tenants in the upstairs units sound like cattle bowling, and this is normal walking around. It's quite terrible and surprising. New construction and selling these condos at such high prices, yet this basic accommodation is not important enough for them to fix. Beware buyers!
