Not worth the price.

I have lived here almost a year and have to be one of the longest tenants. It has been a revolving door of people moving in, realizing how horrible it is, then moving out. There have been loud parties until 1-2am during weekdays, of which complaints are promptly ignored. cars broken into, as well as random men hanging out in the garbage area. Maintenance is a joke. None of my doors would close properly, and I had a light out in my bathroom that took several months to fix. There have been weeks I… haven't been able to walk down the stairs closest to my apartment because of people dumping their trash down the stairs. I once saw another resident hitting basketballs with his golf club towards the parking lot. (not kidding in the slightest)

As far as the actual apartment, they are tiny and you can find something more worthwhile for a lower price. If I could go back in time, I would tell myself to keep looking.

I do not recommend

This is not a good place to live. Residents frequently smoke marijuana inside the apartments, and despite numerous complaints, the SVN management takes no action. Living here means you will inevitably become a passive smoker. I strongly advise against living in this complex.

Long Time Resident-We love it!

Great downtown Chattanooga location. We have lived here for three years and have not had even one negative experience. Everything is very well maintained inside and out.

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY! This place is a nightmare and it is not worth the lower rent fees. Mold on the ceilings, roaches in the hallways. Had one of my guests get their car broken into, and another guest had their license plate taken off their car. One night in bed I heard gunshots outside the window. Terrible area to live in. Also management is a joke. So is their billing. They will try to take as much money as they can from you. Stay far away from this place you’ll be glad you did!

Decent living

At first I really liked the property but as my lease continued I started to hate it. There is little to no storage space, no extra closets or extra bathroom storage. The Stairwells are filthy and unkept, and there is no onsite leasing office so its hard to get immediate help if needed. I got locked out around 6pm once and let maintenance know and nobody ever came. They called me at 7:30 in the morning and asked me if I was ever able to get in LOL. Also there is water damage to my ceiling that… they don't seem that interested in looking at even though I put in a maintenance request. There are people living there who work on their cars late into the night which is extremely annoying and they aren't held accountable. Overall its okay, but not worth the price even with utilities included.
