Super cheap. Super gross.
I've lived here for over 3 years. There has been an existing cockroach problem the entire time. The laundry facility is a joke. Parking is a nightmare. The whole building is in disarray. There's a dumpster in the front parking lot. Most things are in poor condition and the rent keeps increasing. The only reason I haven't left yet is due to financial strain. This place is awful.
