I have lived at Haven Cross Creek Apartments for 4.5 years, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The layout of the community and the level of customer service completely set this complex apart. My apartment is wonderfully spacious, and I thoroughly enjoy relaxing outside on my nice patio. Parking is never a stressor here since there is plenty of open parking for everyone, plus the excellent option to purchase a detached garage for extra storage. The complex is also in a prime... spot with close proximity to the highway, making my daily Chattanooga commute incredibly easy. Over nearly five years, I have only needed maintenance a few times, and every single time they arrived incredibly quickly and resolved the repairs immediately. The office staff is absolutely amazing. Tara, the office manager, and Denise, the leasing agent, are complete gems who always have a smile on their faces and are genuinely helpful and ready to assist. It is a truly pet-friendly community, too. Even when Denise is busy showing apartments to prospective tenants, she never fails to wave and say hello to both me and my dog, which is a huge deal for any pet owner! I’ve been here for over 2 years now, my experience has been great. From the apartment itself to maintenance and office workers. They all have been kind, and quick with service. The community is constantly being taken care of and improving. I’m very happy I picked this community over others.

I have lived at Haven Cross Creek for a little over two years and have truly enjoyed being part of this community. The property management team consistently shows appreciation for residents through thoughtful events and engagement. They prioritize safety, maintain the property well, and work hard to create a welcoming, secure environment for everyone.

I am a resident that have been here for years. I have seen it get worse and now better. New people doing the grounds and everything has been spring cleaned, inside and outside.

The people in the office aren't bad. But always remember that they are there to sell the place to you. The gate code never works. Not the past couple of months. In the beginning they said they would have someone come out and look at it and maybe they did because it would work for a few days but that was it. Seems like they stopped trying to have it fixed. The maintenance crew is amazing. Helpful and friendly. Doing their job. Something that makes me raise an eyebrow is how many emails they like... to send out. For everything. Parked wrong? Email. Rent? Email. Rent again? Email. Any activity they don't like? Email. They're community wide emails. The way the emails are typed feels like they're scolding you. Just a few ago, we got an email about a "mandatory" amenity or utility reimbursement fee that they will now charge some residents because they weren't being charged that. Instead of letting the select few know privately, now everyone knows certain people will be charged more. Seems unprofessional. Unprofessional like the email they sent out to a certain resident about his rent but sent it to everyone instead. Pests? Not in my apartment, to be honest. Nothing like roaches. Thank goodness, considering I'm allergic. You see the rare ant or stink bug from the outside. I have seen silverfish in the bathroom but not enough for me to worry. Only 2. Can deal with that. Some neighbors are friendly. Some aren't. But that's just people in general. We only had an issue with 1 neighbor and that was because they forgot this was apartment living and noise happens. Especially when you have children. To be honest, maybe you'll like this place. Maybe you won't. I will say you can find better for the amount you'll be paying. They updated the kitchen, and some bathroom stuff and want to charge like crazy now and call it "premium." It's not premium to want nice stuff in the place you will call home.
