Been here almost a year. Haven’t really had any issues. Our building is pretty quiet. In general it’s a pretty quiet place. I haven’t had any issues with office staff. Nicole is great about helping out with anything you need. And have to give a shout of to Mark the grounds keeper/maintenance guy. He is super friendly and does a great job of keeping the place clean. My dog loves him because he always has treats. She gets excited when she sees the golf cart.

I never have any issues while living at Parc 1346.
At times vehicles will come in late at night and visitors/residence will rev the motors while driving through, but that’s not an issue with the Apartment complex.
Parc 1346 is a mostly calm, well located, and pleasant place to call home.

We absolutely love the apartment it is amazing location is nice and it is clean but some neighbors can be loud at times. The kids love the pool in the summer as well.

It’s loud at all hours ( we bought sound machine) and since the people below have moved in we have fought roaches, for months ( so gross).
The front office Nicole has been the best part of the stay, they do get right on maintenance just not getting rid of roaches..

Very good experience. Great personable service. So far, over all environment exceeds my expectations. Any issues have been promptly addressed. The grounds are super lovely. Unit is very roomy and large windows make me very happy!
