Good Luck
So I had an okay experience with my unit, I overall enjoyed living here but the office staff is such a disorganized mess that honestly it's not worth the trouble. I lived here for a year and put in multiple maintenance requests that were never answered or addressed. When going through the application process I indicated I needed a pet friendly unit multiple times in writing. Half way through signing my lease I was told I was in a non-pet friendly unit. I had my u-haul outside waiting, it's not... like I could wait possibly days or weeks for a pet friendly unit so I had to re home my cat. I was also told if I cleaned my apartment appropriately I would receive my full deposit back, they didn't mention there is a $100 "processing fee. My condo was bought toward the end of my lease, the new owners came in for the inspection and then submitted a maintenance request on my behalf even though they were not my landlord and I was not paying rent to them. I work from home and the maintenance people came in after banging on my door unexpectedly while I was in a client meeting. Really rubbed salt in the wound of my own maintenance requests going unanswered. There's one dumpster for the entire complex and the compactor always breaks, so by the end of the day Sunday there is disgusting food and trash strewn everywhere. Again, my unit was great but they're all different and individually owned. I feel bad for the administration because they are obviously overworked for their small staff, but the entire experience was unprofessional and horrific.
