How Is This Rating Determined?

Worst management

Manger is never in office and maintenance repairs are never done because there is no maintenance man available.Manager of apartment has her tentants picks and will act as if she is your best friend to your face but is behind your back gossiping telling other tentants untruthful gossip. When manger is on site of apartment she is occupied with one or all of her 4 children making her job not her number one priority due to fact having to care for her toddlers and such. These apartments need a manager... who is 100 percent committed to doing her duties and following the guidelines a professional business management is intended on doing.
