The income of a working parent who agrees to cosign on the lease may be considered. All cosigners must complete a rental application (no additional earnest money required) and consent to a credit and background check. The primary cosigner must meet the requirements of the primary applicant above to be considered. All adults must submit the rental application, undergo a credit and background check, and, if approved, sign, the lease, unless contrary to law. There is a two (2) year lease. No Pets; no Smoking. There is a non refundable application fee of $40 per applicant separate and apart from the background and credit check fee conducted through Trans Union Smart Move.
