This is a pet-friendly home. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is a short drive to King Tut Coffee and Providence Boulevard, under 10 minutes to Campbell, APSU, and downtown Clarksville, and just an hour to Nashville Airport and downtown Nashville.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside.
