Awesome place to live.

Quiet. Good location. Responsive to requests . Only when they dropped the rents for new tenants,300-400$$ they did not adjust the rent for those who had been here for more than a year.

Bad business practices

I looked at an apt there and really wanted to move in. I gave them all the proof of income they needed. My credit score is good. I've never been late on my rent. I paid almost $200 for fees, etc. I have been getting the run around and have been ghosted. No replies to calls or emails letting me know if I'm approved or not. But hey, they got a free $200.

Kristin had been so easy to communicate with and very helpful!! Easy move in. Never lived in an apartment and very happy with the accommodations. Love the dog park also.

Very good maintenance experience - great communication, efficient/quality work!

Very poor office communication experience - extremely delayed responses (if at all).

Unsafe area - a lot of crime (car break-ins).
