The team was very nice and flexible with my move in. I had an issue with a leak and it was resolved very quickly. The area was clean, warm and welcoming.

Really nice people, but you have to make sure your move in is done correctly. Please do an inspection. Because if you don’t they will not replace things.

Been here for 3 years. So many hidden fees. Pest control NEVER comes but we pay for it. The gym is honestly not even worth going to because there’s nothing in it . It says they come with washer and dryers but that’s another fee on your rent monthly. If you need maintenance you have to constantly call the office . If you need something fixed and they finally decide to come , they give no heads up at all . So if you miss them you’re just out of luck . Absolutely nothing can change or be updated in... your apartment but they’re still going to make sure your rent increases every year . When it rains , if you’re on the first floor , it will absolutely flood your apartment &’ I guess that’s not considered an emergency because when it happened to me , nobody came out , but 3 days later while I was at work , an email was sent out about people being on the property to tend to leaks and mold. So if you aren’t ready when they are , SOL. Yes I said mold . &’ when you get a renovated apartment , renovated means vinyl floors and white cabinets . NOTHING more . Bathrooms look like they were built in the 50s &’ the garden tubs are PLASTIC . As much as people pay in rent , RENOVATED should mean renovated

I didn't officially move in until Tuesday night,11/26. I have not completed the in-home inspection yet, so I can't give a 5-star rating. As of now, I have not had any serious problems with the community, but I haven't explored the area either.

I love my neighbors. New and current. We talk and interact when we can with our busy schedules. We look out for one another, and call each other if needed
