Generally fine. There are not security cameras on the premises so when your car is backed into by your neighbors you have no idea who hit you, and ran off. They also would have been nice when the whole complex was cased and cars were broken into. Trying to get the office staff to fix any administrative issue is difficult. Additionally, they always have an attitude from the staff that was here several years ago to the new staff. The restaurants play loud music at all hours, and residents let... their dogs off leash constantly.

I have been living here for more than 3 years,
I love living here. I enjoyed the nice, quiet and peaceful Community. The management can do a little better the cleaners inside the building because the people keep it dirty and not respected for other. Overall it’s a beautiful place to live

Living here is good. Modern apartments. Area growing. Low noise everyday except Saturdays. Apartment relatively new. People friendly. Gym good. Leasing staff the best you’ll find.

The rent for this apartment is disproportionately high considering the poor construction quality. The consistently dirty pool and stairways, coupled with frequently malfunctioning appliances, contribute to an overall unsatisfactory living experience. I am not happy with the value for the high rent.
