If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience as a resident in this complex during 2024 was deeply disappointing — and I’m not the only one. Several friends who also lived here had to deal with the same issues.
Throughout my lease, I paid rent on time every single month and returned the apartment in good condition. Yet, more than two months have passed since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit.
The only excuse the management gave was that they sent the... deposit to the wrong address, which is completely unacceptable — especially since we signed a document at move-out where I clearly indicated my new address for the return of the deposit. As of today, I have received no response through any channel — not by phone, email, or in person.
In addition, I reported a broken mailbox lock multiple times during my stay, and it was never repaired, which interfered with my ability to receive mail reliably.
Another example of poor management: the pool was only open for two weeks during the entire summer season, even though it’s advertised as one of the main amenities.
In summary, this place fails on all fronts — maintenance, communication, and basic responsibility. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment complex. The management treats tenants with disregard, even when we fully comply with all our obligations
