If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience as a resident in this complex during 2024 was deeply disappointing — and I’m not the only one. Several friends who also lived here had to deal with the same issues.

Throughout my lease, I paid rent on time every single month and returned the apartment in good condition. Yet, more than two months have passed since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit.

The only excuse the management gave was that they sent the… deposit to the wrong address, which is completely unacceptable — especially since we signed a document at move-out where I clearly indicated my new address for the return of the deposit. As of today, I have received no response through any channel — not by phone, email, or in person.

In addition, I reported a broken mailbox lock multiple times during my stay, and it was never repaired, which interfered with my ability to receive mail reliably.

Another example of poor management: the pool was only open for two weeks during the entire summer season, even though it’s advertised as one of the main amenities.
