Christy, the property manager, is always attentive to the needs and concerns of the residents. Each time I've had an issue or concern, she has addressed it in a timely and effective manner. The units are very spacious, which is rare for apartments these days, and the closets are every woman's dream.

Overall, it feels safe and I've resided here for over two years. I can't say enough about the maintenance team, particularly Fred and Alice - we have the best! Also, the grounds are nicely maintained with lots of trees.

Review

I will be hitting my two year anniversary living here later on this summer. I love my apartment with the attached garage. Very convenient when I have to come in late sometimes. The community is kept clean weekly. The neighbors are ok. I do have a neighbor that sometimes likes to blast music loudly in their apartment. Another neighbor, where I can hear their children run in their apartment. The walls are very thin, which is a disadvantage to living here. Other than that, it can be quiet and… peaceful sometimes. I would recommend living here to family or friends.

My apartment experience has improved a lot over the last few months, primarily because the process for renewing my lease seemed more streamlined, the Resident Portal is much improved, and the maintenance team continues to provide top notch service no matter how small the task. Lastly, the leasing office staff have a great response time to resident emails with questions or issues.
