This place used to be nice.
The front gate breaks every week it feels like. It'll be stuck open for a few days or up to two weeks at a time. Every fix they implement lasts only a week tops. A third party company comes in to fix it, as far as I can tell, and they aren't doing a very good job.
The call box guests and delivery drivers are supposed to use just stops working at random. I had my girlfriend over not long ago and she called me 6 times. My phone was not on silent and was sitting right on my desk and it didn't make... a peep. She had to wait and tailgate someone else to get in.
The AC units sometimes stop working. Maintenance comes in and fixes it, but it ends up stopping again a few days later. Whatever they are doing, it isn't fixing the actual problem.
It really sucks, because this is a nice area. The apartments are decent (if a bit over-priced for their size), and they have a nice pool for the summer. It's just frustrating to have so many stacking maintenance issues.
