Amazing layout/Fabulous Service and Maintenance

On my first meeting with Karen in the front office to apply, I felt at home. I selected a 3 BR/2BA unit and the space and layout are unbelievable. Each bedroom has a very large walk in closet, there’s a hall utility walk in with awesome shelving, as well as a coat closet, laundry area, dedicated office nook, and storage unit on the patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, as well. While I had a few hiccups on move in with some minor appliance issues, (and what move in… doesn’t???) Garrett, Michael, and Chase, were prompt in inspecting, and repairing/replacing/addressing each issue as fast as they could and keeping me updated. They are so sweet, answered any questions, and have great personalities to boot! Each general question I had was promptly addressed by Karen, Ronni, or Bridgette (front office) and each of these ladies went above and beyond in answering/addressing anything and I could not be more appreciative of them. I’ve met several of my neighbors, enjoyed the pool, and look forward to being a Walnut Hill resident for hopefully, years to come.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service from the management staff to the maintenance staff is exceptional. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best possible outcome for the residents. I appreciate the heartfelt concern for ensuring a safe community environment.

Excellent Customer Service!

As a prospective new resident of Walnut Hill, I must say I have had a wonderful experience thus far! I was provided a personalized tour of a 1 bedroom home, along with being shown all the wonderful amenities. Jazmyn made sure I felt at home and answered all my questions. Looking forward to living here in the near future. Thanks also to Karen and Ronni in the leasing office. They made me feel right at home.

Car Break-Ins Are Out of Hand

We’ve lived here for over a year and during this span of time we’ve experienced two car break-ins to our vehicles. It just happened again to our neighbor. Management is very passive and nearly condescending about this when we’ve expressed our concerns. The most that happened was a mass email urging the residents to “remain vigilant” and that there is crime everywhere. Blame is redirected to residents. Security is nonexistent. There was night security here for maybe a couple of weeks and are now… nowhere to be found. We were also told there would be a community meeting that never happened. There’s a huge lack of communication here. But mainly, the car break-ins are just out of hand.
