Miller Creek at Germantown Apartments

This is a great apartment community. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The landscaping is also great. The pool areas are peaceful and nice. I love this property.

Miller Creek is on the pricier side for cost of living in Memphis; however, it is so worth it. You receive valet trash, an active alarm, full size working washer and dryer, and the community amenities are worth the investment. The apartment complex is like a small happy neighborhood where we have random community gatherings over wine, at the pool, or in the club house. If you're a gym rat like me, you'll love the 24 hour fitness center. I've lived in several apartment complexes and it is hard to… find a community with an adequate fitness center with working equipment. I've never had a problem with a machine and the facility is always clean. I love the management team here. The only downfall is, I hear people come up and down the stairs, but you'll find that in most apartments if you're on an end unit. New and beautiful apartment. Mostly a great neighborhood. Being right behind sketchy apartments and having our apartments be a part of section 8, it leaves room for people that live three families into one apartment. There is no security officer here to deal with noise complaints and tenants who violate rules. The perimeter gates do not close all the way around, leaving room for people to slide through or climb over easily. I wish it was harder to apply to live here. It seemed to be a rigorous… background check process, but apparently not.
Also, the walls in the apt are paper thin! I can hear my neighbors talking at night. The managements way of dealing with a neighbors dog barking or a loud neighbor is to call the sheriff. I hate having to call the sheriff just for a dog barking..... Read More

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined being so excited about moving into apartment homes. MillerCreek Apartment Homes are not only beautiful on the outside; the interior is just as beautiful. The large rooms and closets rivaled most homes that I have lived in. And...just when I thought that the apartment community could not get any better, I'm greeted with an excellent staff and fabulous amenities such as a valet garbage pick-up, a cyber cafe, media room, and a yoga room separate… from the exercise room and the list goes on. The location is only a few minutes away from the most popular shopping centers and situated in the heart of the two municipalities. I moved on the 3rd floor. The view overlooks part of the city and is especially beautiful when night falls and the lights shine across the horizon. I have signed up for text and emails with the leasing office and look forward to what they post daily about happenings at our community and could not be more happy to call Miller Creek my home.
