paid for application fee back in March but still no call bacK!

The community looks awesome for me and my pup and price is close to what I can afford. I have paid for the application process but they said there is no availability at this time. I paid about $35 plus taxes to be on the waiting list and have been waiting since as of 7/18/22

Apartments look nice, can never get a hold of anyone

I have been trying since January to get some information. Have driven by, emailed, called multiple times. I really need an apartment and have a good job. I cannot get any information. They told me to email an email address and I did and I got no response at all. Very very frustrating. I am writing about the application process and it is awful. I cannot speak to other things though.
