Don’t do it!
I lived in the building for a year and is way overpriced and overrated. I was charged 300$ for repairs due to a few mounting stickers residue. Which I just paid just to get over it, the most aggravating thing is that they took over two months and me reaching out twice for them to send the bill. I lived next to the stairs and the noise was terrible. Halls were dirty, neighbor always left trash outside and it was an everyday thing. The pool tiles were always broken, the big screen at the pool was... never used. The stairs were dirty. Not worth it! Giving them two stars because they are well located and is a new building…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. First, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your final move-out statement to you. Due to a temporary backlog in our processing workflow, our standard timelines were... impacted. Please accept our apologies for this administrative delay. Regarding the move-out charges, we do have to ensure the apartment is restored to its original condition for the next resident, which unfortunately can include costs for removing adhesive residue that impacts the drywall.
When it comes to the hallways, please know our maintenance crew works tirelessly to keep our spaces spotless and we continue to fine-tune their rotations to ensure our standards are consistently met. However, we appreciate your feedback and have noted this as a valuable insight as we continuously work to elevate our resident experience.
In regards to the pool, because our crew had noticed some safety concerns, we made the decision to temporarily close the area to complete the necessary pool repairs in full. Our priority is maintaining a safe environment for all residents, which is why our focus was repairing all that was needed efficiently and thoroughly. We communicated updates to residents throughout the process, and the pool has since reopened following completion of the repairs.
We value your compliments regarding our convenient location; however, we understand that a premier location cannot overshadow the necessity for ongoing community upkeep and enhancement. Thank you again for your residency and for helping us identify the areas where we can improve. We wish you all the best in your new home.
