The apartment and property are great, the staff are friendly, the amenities are wonderful when you can use them, the pool isn’t heated so it’s not useable 9 months of the year, the coffee machine is awesome but it only works 50% of the time, dog park is a mess, no upkeep at all. The walking path is my favorite, lots of adorable deer.

Living in Vintage Franklin apartment has been an awesome experience. It feels like home, love it. The installations are new and clean. Incredible community areas, gym, pool. Clean all the time.

I was really nervous when I originally decided to move but this property has turned into my new home. I planned to maybe move to Nashville and after speaking with the team here they assured me that Franklin is a better fit and they couldn't have been more right. I am so thankful for the people I have met at these apartments and the kindness of everyone who works here.
