This place is pathetic!! When we 1st moved here it was great! Management was great!! NOW management is very unprofessional!! And this property has went down hill bad!! They don’t fix nothing but always marking work orders as completed!! It’s not worth the money!!

This place is horrible. It takes them forever to fix things some things they won't fix at all neighbors are loud & always fighting sounds like they are going to burst through my wall. I've been without air conditioning for the last few days(this happens a few times a year instead of replacing the very old air conditioner they keep trying to fix it & it keeps breaking) air conditioner outage is an emergency in over 85° weather according to them well its been 90 & 92 for the past few days &… unfortunately I'm without air. They sent me an email asking how did they do(with fixing the air) im not sure why because they haven't done anything! However when the air is working it dont cool the upstairs & barely cool downstairs so it's still hot all the time so be prepared to have a high electricity bill for running a air conditioner that's not cooling your apartment. I've had problems with the knobs on my stove since I've been here the knobs turn really easy if someone bump them the gas turns on by the time you realize the stove has been bumped your apartment is full of gas & you have a bad headache I've begged them for at least 4 years to fix my back door & upstairs carpet where my toilet flooded & soaked the carpet. My walls downstairs have water damage from leaks & everything else I've asked them to fix it, they won't. Ive gotten to the point I don't even waste my time asking them to fix anything except the air conditioner.It sucks to pull in your apartment complex & the dumpster is overflowing with garbage & garbage on the ground all around the dumpster this not everyday but it happens more often than it should. People here with big dogs let's their dog poop in your area then get mad if you ask them to pick it up, its not safe here there's fighting, shootings, a stray bullet went through a neighbors apartment the kids here walk around cursing loud & disrespectful one of them scratched my car up really bad when I first moved here & they run out in front of your car. 4th of July be prepared to clean fireworks off your car & pray that your car dont get damaged seeming this is a apartment complex you would think it would be against community rules to light big fireworks in the parking lot since so many cars are around & there's not much space but nope! One good thing about Greenwood is they will keep the grass cut its guaranteed you'd be woke up at 7 or 8 a.m due to the loud sound of weed wackers lawnmowers & leaf blowers at least twice a week. Green wood is a great place to live. The management is very friendly and always willing to help you with any issues you may have. Its the first place I have ever lived where I felt the residents were treated as priorities. I would recommend green wood to everyone.

I believe Green wood appartment always has room to improve as does any business, but is an over all great place to live, with covid-19 the amenities have been closed down which is sad, because we pay to have access to these. They have allowed use of the exercise equipment, with limitations same as the pool when it was during the warm season. The property stays fairly clean. They have staff pick up litter. They have been working on pest problems they have the pest control helping with problemed… areas. They also fix problems as soon as they can. They have secerity who is there to assist anytime there is an issue. They also have a drop slot for rent as well. They have been practicing social distancing by seeing people in the office by appointment only, but they will respond quickly if you call a leave a message.
