We had a good stay at Chandler Park, although there was some usual noise from neighbors walking around in the apartment complex. However, we were disappointed with the move-out process, which led us to leave a negative review. We left the apartment in excellent condition and even reviewed the move-out checklist with the staff before leaving. Given that we had only lived there for 9 months, there were no major issues. Yet, when we returned the keys and completed the move-out process, we were... presented with a list of damages worth $250, which included damaged blinds and a door handle that we were not aware of. We requested an itemized list of the prices, but they were unable to provide one. Communication is key and I experienced clear, concise and consistent communication throughout the whole move in process. It also didn't hurt that the ladies offered additional information regarding the community that made my transition to a new city much smoother. I so recommend Chandler Park Apartments Community.

We love it here at Chandler Park! It is so well kept up with which is huge for us. You never want it to seem a mess when this is the place we call home. All of the staff is amazing. We have never had any problems here and we have been here 2 years. Can not recommend enough!

I absolutely love Chandler Park. I have lived here for a year now and have never had any issues. The staff is wonderful and almost always available. The grounds and clubhouse are well kept and the maintenance staff is wonderful!

This TRULY is the most wonderful place to live! All of the staff is incredible, and go above and beyond for the community. I am so blessed to be a part of it! When there was a horrible ice/snow storm, they offered to come and pick up everyone’s trash and take it to the trash compactor. A lot of people were unable to move their vehicles during that time, so that was a HUGE gift! They also offered to make trips to the store to pick up any items that people needed. I don’t know anywhere else that... would do that. They plan community events, resident appreciations, and always have a wonderful variety of food trucks. Best place to live, period. Read More
