We have enjoyed our time here at Statler! It has beautiful facilities and is a quiet neighborhood. My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and watch the sunset with a good book in hand!

Apartments/community is beautiful and the amenities are great. Staff is just worried about the wrong things and none of the rules as far as parking etc are really enforced. Auditing has been done twice the whole time I’ve lived here and residents don’t pick up after their animals.

Very well kept property and safe area. We had some minor internet setup issues upon moving in but the staff was on it to rectify it quickly.
