The Statler Apartments are a fantastic place to live. From the moment we moved in, everything has been smooth and professional. The units are modern, clean, and spacious, with high-quality finishes and a cozy atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The amenities are a huge plus — the fitness center is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s also a quiet, safe community... with plenty of parking and a great location close to everything we need. We’ve really enjoyed our experience here and feel like it was a great choice for our first place. So far, we have loved the Statler. Touring was a great experience, and every question we had was answered. The move in process was so easy and smooth. Also, the apartment was so clean upon our arrival.

I recently signed my lease at Statler McCain Station and the employees were extremely knowledgable, helpful, and kind. They took the time to explain the amenities, trash service, and safety concerns (e.g. tornado safety spots). The apartment is top of the line and any maintenance requests or concerns are met right away. I would recommend this location if you are looking to live near downtown Nashville but want the small-town feel.

Currently a new resident…. And love it so far! The office staff is super sweet and helpful. The amenities are great. Lots of community dogs.

My pup and I enjoy living at Statler. The maintenance team is very friendly and the leasing staff does a great job of offering different events.
