The Gatlinburg Summit complex offers a picturesque setting, allowing you to enjoy the majesty and solitude of the Great Smoky Mountains while being close to a variety of activities for the whole family. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park or skiing at the nearby resort. Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, offering endless restaurants, year-round ice skating, and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Dollywood.
Firewood is not provided, but guests can purchase it at the condo office or local stores. The fireplaces are available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited, but free, fast Wi-Fi is available. Access to the property is via a scenic, paved mountain road, and a vehicle with good brakes and moderate clearance is recommended. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
