Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties at the property. There is a fee schedule for house rules violations. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee.
