The living room is completely renovated with new floors, modern rustic decor, leather furniture, and a fireplace, along with a 65" smart TV with cable. The property also boasts the largest rooftop patio in the Smokies, a massive movie theater, a sauna, a hot tub, and an incredible game room. The game room has a custom butcher block bar counter, mini fridge, ice machine, curved bar with 8 bar stools, 65" Smart TV, regulation size pool table, poker table with cards and chip set, multicade with all your classic arcade games, foosball table, conversation sofa set and full bathroom. The 2,000 square foot rooftop patio lounge includes a dining table, full lounge conversation set with propane fire pit, lounge chairs that fully recline, a covered bungalow daybed and string lighting. Outdoor games include cornhole, large connect four, and oversized Jenga. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 4 people, smart TV and sofa.
