This fee is fairly calculated through a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System (RUBS) to bill that back to all units equally using square footage and # of occupants as a metric.

Fees:
- Application Fee - $30
- Move In Fee equaling half of one month's rent
- Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2 pets.
