This place used to be run down but the new owners have left no stone unturned to renovate and beautify this complex. I love living here!

MULTIPLE AVAILABLE UNITS!! These are some of the best affordable options Bristol has to offer. The campus alone at this property is unique and has plenty of green space for residents to enjoy. These range from 1 to 2 bedroom units with a few 3 bedroom apartments on site. Built to last, this property has been upgraded in several buildings over the last few years with the new owner. The living rooms on these units all have plenty of room with each having a seperate dining area outside a standard galley kitchen with newer appliances. The Bedrooms in these are good sized and most have larger closets. There are extra closets in the majority of units as well which gives you tons of room for seasonal storage. Each Building has 8 to 10 units in total. Currently, we are receiving applications for units that will be coming up all through February and all of April. Call or Text the number provided in the pictures on the business card. Showings happen in the mornings weekly from 9:30 to 11:30 and after 5:30 in the evenings. Appointments are made 24 hours in advance.
