This property is a pretty property, very clean and well kept. The office and maintenance/grounds staff are all so very kind and respectful. Any questions that we had they were so eager to assist and answer. Such a great place!

I have lived here for over 10 years. And there have been management companies come and go, some better than others by a long shot. The group in the office now Tony in leasing, Tim in Maintenance, and Gloria at the desk have all been awesome. Got a long-standing maintenance issue? Boom! Tim has been knocking them out. I gave Gloria a list of things that hadn’t been taken care of in ages. Very next business day, they were taken care of. When I came in with a noise issue, Tony took care of it with... his friendly personality and take charge way. Hoping this group stays a while!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about a year and a half now, and while there has been quite a bit of turnover in management during that time, I want to highlight the positive experience I’ve had with the current team.
Tony handled an issue that previous management was unable to resolve, and he did so efficiently and professionally. It was clear he genuinely cared about finding a solution and following through. He was patient and understanding with me and solution-focused!!
It makes a... big difference to have someone responsive and reliable in the management team, and Tony has definitely made my experience here better.

My first 2 bills were wrong, charges were on there that should not have been. Make sure you check your bill and what you are being charged for. Luckily, the office workers had my back and we got it all sorted out. They credited the charges and the late fee back to my account. I was very grateful for this. There are some other issues with the apartments which is why I gave 4 stars, but the office staff and management team took care of me in other ways. The maintenance guys are great,... knowledgeable and will come in the middle of the night no questions for an emergency, thats pretty awesome. All and all there are pros and there are cons, but it works for me
