Great location, value, and staff.

We moved in this summer and love it here. The community is quiet and close to everything that we need. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, and we love the open layout. The events every month are a great way to meet people that also live here. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is so friendly when we are out walking. The amenities are nice, the pool is a great area to relax, and the gym is always clean. We plan on being here for a while, we are so happy that... we chose The Point!

Terrible staff

These apartments are nice, I liked the built in desk but I DO NOT recommend the Point at Waterford Crossing because of the staff and rules. I had to call on my work phone or no one would answer because the system thought I was a new customer not a resident calling. The staff was so nice until I had signed the contract. Then they were rude and unfriendly. I cleaned the whole apartments and left it in perfect shape. Even the movers said it was the cleanest place they have seen. Then I didn’t get... my deposit back because there was a broken mirror. This mirror was not broken when I left. I’m very upset that they stole from me and the horrible customer experience I received in the year I lived there. I always paid on time and was clean and quite.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
