I have had a wonderful experience living here at The Cove.. I love our fitness center here and love the option of the laundry facility for my larger loads! The resident events the office ladies put on are always a hit and I enjoy getting to know my neighbors. If you’re looking for a place in the area.. this is the place to be!

Disappointing. Movers werent even there yet the weekend we moved in, and skunk weed drug smoke came into our apt through the window and balcony. Cigarette smoke too. there was no communication from the "courtesy officer". We had no idea if anyone was on the situation, there was never any communication, though we could hear the knock on the door downstairs and the man laughing. Yes, you can hear the tenets below you. Another day, drug smoke was coming through the dryer vent onto my balcony. ... This of course makes my balcony unusable and have to keep the windows closed. Then Easter weekend, with our windows closed, drug smoke was coming up our hot water heater closet - just like in our last apt complex.

It is pet friendly and we love our apartment. It is handicapped friendly. Maintenance staff is exceptional. The office staff is helpful and friendly always. Great place to live

I live in the Rushton floor plan. Love the space.
Management. Jess and crew are pretty awesome. Mark has the I can attitude and always has a smile on his face. Ashley the assistant manager Is very logical and always has her door open. Maintenance staff is prompt at resolving all issues and it's nice maintenance makes our breaks a community.
Only complaint I have is the noise with two large dogs that live above me that play at all hours of the night and morning.
The office staff has... been very accommodating to issue noise complaints it has helped tremendously. But dogs will be dogs they like to play.
