Moving out of these facilities was one of the best days of my life. The fluff is just a camouflage for what actually goes on at these poorly managed cells. Save yourself the money and look else where.

McKenzie is excellent manager. I'm probably not her favorite tenant but she's helped me resolve many common issues - maintenance, noise, etc. This property is beautiful and really quiet.

Management company keeps poor record of charges and paperwork

My mother just moved in, due to a tornado destroying her home. The whole office staff was involved with my mom's move-in as far as dealing with all the insurance issues. They were all great to work with and were concerned about my mother's situation. So happy we chose this location for my mother. She feels safe in this community, and I know they will take care of her there.

I have lived at Integra Vistas for a year, and have just renewed my lease for another year. The views surrounding the property are beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. My apartment is well designed. I especially like the modern kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and large balcony. The management team is pleasant and responsive. Tenant events are offered throughout the year. For example, right before Thanksgiving there was a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner for residents.
