The neighborhood is quiet. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I have a sense of community here. My only complaint is that they need to hire more maintenance personnel, because even though the 2 people they have are great and do the best they can, they are covering 2 properties and can only do so much.

I love my apartment and neighbors. I feel the curb appeal needs to be improved upon. I think people would find it more appealing. The buildings need basic maintenance. I plan on staying here for years to come.

I love my community because my neighbors are wonderful and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile and a moment of small talk. I also love the convience of where I live, close to work, shopping, and the gym.

Quite nice community it had its rough days but things have gotten a lot better. Communication with the office staff and maintenance has really improved.
