ROACHES!!!
ROACHES. HORRIBLE roach problem. My boyfriend lived there for 6 months and I went to visit on the weekends, he told them about the roaches since December and asked for gel traps, etc. never gave him anything for them. He had them (3 different species of roaches) the entire time he lived there. There “pest control” is in your house for about 20 seconds. They also do not go upstairs, ONLY downstairs. Even though he told them where his main roach problem was, they still never fixed it. Mind you,... his house was always pretty clean. They were coming from under the building because there was a leak under the building that instead of them properly fixing, they’d just band-aid the problem by hooking up a pump (weekly) and pumping dirty water out from under the building into the field right beside the townhouses. They’ll also lie to you. They’ll tell you one thing is okay and then turn around a month or two later and say it’s a problem. SCREWS STICKING OUT OF THE FLOOR, that was an issue since he moved in. He told them about it, said they’d come assess it, he was told it was an issue that needed fixed asap, time comes around to when it was supposed to be done, it didn’t get done and then he was told by Mekayla that it “wasn’t necessary right now” then 3 months later, said she “didn’t know about it” (I have all the messages for these issues), and then next time maintenance came, he HAMMERED the screws back down. News flash, they started to stick back out again within a month. he consistently had a squishy and bouncy kitchen floor because it was SO water damaged, they never fixed it. 100% do NOT recommend them
