I lived there for two years they sprayed for bugs once. The managers and maitance staff will go in your apartment when you are not there and snoop through your rooms. The put a huge hole in my wall and took a year to fix it. The roof started to collapse and they never fixed it. They will say their printer is not working then except your payment, and when the next month's rent comes they will deny you pay the previous month's payment ( I Have had this happen three times ) The whole staff abuses... drugs and the maintainers have drugs growing in their apartment. I have lived in these apartments for over a year now. They make promises that they do not keep; light in breezeway has been out for months and kept calling about it but never changed it until just recently. Pool(s) are never open during the summer and I wouldn't step foot in them anyway because they aren't maintained. You have to call and call and call the office in order for them to do anything and good luck with getting them to come and fix what you need fixed because you're better off fixing... it yourself. There is roaches and they won't exterminate. I have lived there for like 5 months now and not yet seen an exterminator. They didn't repaint the walls before I moved in. I have a maintance problem & I told them like 2 months ago and no one came and fixed it. They are rude too.
