My wife and I have a house with a full separate apartment available for rent which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a kitchenette, a living room, and a patio with... its own driveway and entrance.
Appliances in the kitchenette include a fridge, a mini oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop plate with induction pans included. The apartment can be locked from the rest of the house.
We are looking for a tenant to move in in August for a 12 month lease. If interested, DM me and we can figure out meeting / seeing the apt. The house is located in Historic Old North Knoxville, 7 minutes from campus (also bike-able) and 5 minutes from downtown Knoxville (adjacent to the 4th and Gill neighborhood.)
