Overall, Greystone Pointe has been great. Apartment is spacious, grounds are kept up well, pool is always clean and clear, maintenance responds quickly. Noise within the complex is minimal, we just happen to be on the street side and the road noise is a lot. One thing I don't like that is within management control is this is supposed to be a gated complex yet the gates are always left open which creates faster traffic as the gates help slow people down and vehicles going the wrong direction... through a one way.

The apartments are modern with upgrades not normally found in an apartment such as quartz counters, 9 foot ceilings and double crown molding throughout. The grounds are beautifully maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
