Great great place to live and hang your hat. Everyone’s so nice and friendly. Been at location two years, have met so many other tenants. They do a very good job on the maintenance of the grounds looks nice.

We have nice neighbors, a great maintenance crew, a beautiful pool, and grilling area, a nice sized dog park, a nice workout gym and lots of sidewalks for getting exercise. There seems to be ample parking and even handicap spots which are quite useful to the older residents. Grass is mowed often and bushes trimmed. On your deck you get to enjoy the sounds of nature…mostly various birds. This is quite pleasant.

Incredible staff, property and amenities. My wife and I moved here four years ago and have absolutely no complaints. The location is ideal with knoxville a short drive to the South and Norris Lake just a 25 minute drive to the North.
