Move in process was great! Holly made sure everything went smoothly and has checked on us since moving in. Our apartment had new pant and floors throughout which was nice!

Staff here is very attentive and helpful. Lease signing and moving in was super simple and stressless. Common spaces are always clean and noise level is rather low. I look forward to my time here!

Good customer service! The staff is very well trained and the General Manager is available if necessary to speak face to face with him! I have made an effort to get to know my neighbors. The residents that I have met so far are kind, helpful and very considerate of my “space”. I like what I have experienced thus far at Vintage on Emory Road in Powell, TN!
