I would absolutely give 5 stars if it weren’t for the roach problem. That problem makes living here less enjoyable. I love it here, otherwise.

The roaches we typically see in our area are wood roaches, which are naturally occurring… outdoor pests in this region and are commonly found around landscaping, mulch, trees, and other outdoor areas. While they can be difficult to prevent entirely, we continue to work closely with our pest control team and regularly treat the community and building exteriors to help minimize activity. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re so grateful to have you as part of the Mountain View community!

So far so good, quiet and peaceful. I put in a maintenance request and it was completed within 24hrs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Received some good recommendations on places to eat.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. A great apartment complex with actual charm/character. Set on a cute hill with lots of old trees. The staff are super friendly and attentive, maintenance people are great too. A truly wonderful place to live
