my brother and I lived there for 1 year .and could not waite to get out. I ask to see the apt before moving in ans 3 times I got was told that thay were painting the ok but no fresh paint whine we moved in.but that's not all we haed a handicap apt.but no handicap parking.my brother is handicap and challenge and he put down the deposit and thay are not giving it back .I have reach out to Corp and no answer.

Greentree pointe cr is a great place to live the manger an staff are very friendly and very nice i feel very safe at Greentree i been living here going on 4 years and i love it here.

I have lived here a greentree pointe for 6 years and I love it here. The girls in the office Hope and Hailey are the kindest most caring people I have ever meet. They are always trying to be involved with the kids here. The Manager makes sure the kids get on and off the bus safely and will handle any problem they have. Maintenance is always on top of any issue you have they also are there for personal problems Mr. Travis went out of his way to air up my tire for me and before he did that took... my son to school so he would not be late and mess up his perfect attendance. I thank you for allowing me to live in such a family oriented place with your great staff god bless and thank you again. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

My husband and I have tried to get a hold of this place, because we are looking to move and have not heard a word from them. It’s been weeks now. Poor customer service for not answering or responding to inquiries.
