Apartment Living in Quiet Area within Manc...

The carpeting is at least 25 years old in our unit, ceiling leaks throughout our apartment and a friends apartment that resulted in a hole over the kitchen sink which they plugged with Caulk. The unit was not clean when we moved in, the stairs are so rusted and bad to our building that they wobble from being weakened by rust, The faucets in the bathroom had major leaks, the wallpaper on the walls in the bathroom is falling down, there is a leak in the ceiling over the bathroom shower that hasn't... been repaired. The laundry facilities have machines that dont function properly. Air A/C unit when running leaks in the closet causing the carpeting in the closet to be wet. We have made them aware of all of these things, and as of today, nothing has been done. Read More

The steps and carpets here are in dire need of replacement. The war on bugs and ants is ongoing. However, it is quiet and safe, the owner is nice, the pool is clean and there are nice green areas.

Was set-up for a good place to stay; it isn't. Maintenance is done cheaply and not good for long term. Concerns from tenants are not top priorities for office management. Great that the place accepts pets and that they have a pool. But honestly, looking to move at all times. If you don't want to love where you live, then this is the place.
