Highly recommend

Lovely and safe community. Convenient location. The staff is always friendly and on top of everything. The entire property and the amenities are kept clean and nice. Individual maintenance is always prompt and well-done. Tons of fun things planned by the staff such as regular food trucks, holidays activities, giveaways, etc. Great communication and updates from the staff. We’ve been here about a year and everything about Cade’s has been top tier for us, we would highly recommend.

We moved here from TX and found the Cottages at Cades Cove as the best selection locally. They’re perfect mini homes for retirees and families alike. There’s a mix of both. There are lots of activities and opportunities for socializing. The amenities are very nice. Super clean gym with updated equipment and a nice clean pool that never feels crowded, even in peak summer. There are roomy cabanas that are always available. The WiFi is fast and there are garages too! The staff has been wonderful… and accommodating!

We Love It Here

My wife, son and I absolutely love living here. The entire property is perfectly maintained, the staff are great and it’s just a great, safe place to live. Safe, quiet, with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. It felt like home the moment we arrived!

We love it here!

We moved in without a tour, as we moved long distance and we were not disappointed! We love it here, the staff are always super helpful, repairs are not problem at all, we always get things done fast, that day or the next.
We love the neighbourhood, it’s nice to walk around, relax around the pool or use the gym. They provide free coffee ect when the office is open and community events, food trucks ect.
We don’t have a pet right now, but it’s super pet
Friendly here and I love seeing all our… furry friends around, they also have a dog park.
We have no plans on moving any time soon.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a place you can genuinely call home. The property itself is beautiful, and I really appreciate how comfortable and welcoming the community feels.
The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled well. I also appreciate the overall atmosphere and how well the property is maintained.
I would definitely recommend Cottages at… Cade to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to live. I’m very happy with my experience here and would gladly choose to live here again.
