After hours request Came home late one night to our air conditioner not working. The unit would not turn on. Went on line to submit a work order,however I was afraid it would not be seen until the next day since it was after hrs. We could not find anything on the resident portal about after hours issues. Luckily we thought outside the box and tried calling the office. That is where we found the after hrs number to call. We had a very quick response to the call and within 15-20 minutes someone… was there to work on the ac. He got the unit working and explained what to do if it happened again. We were very pleased with the result and response. With that being said, this is probably the 7th call we've had to make just for the ac unit while living here(going on 3 years) There is obviously bigger issues with this unit and it should be replaced in our opinion. But we have had good response time & results, just a shame it is a continuous problem.

First time i have rented an apt in 39 yrs and have been pleased with the response from the office and maintenance team. Any quest4ions and needs have been addressed in timely manner and everyone has been very courteous and friendly. I am happy to have joined this community!!

Exterior Maintenance The landscaping is embarrassing and dog poop containers are not cleaned often enough in this heat and quit often there are no bags. Also exterior hallways are never cleaned.

Ladies in the office are the best Very friendly management staff. Always willing to help out and make the experience the best. They work hard at handling all the residents that are not so pleasant to deal with. Always gone the extra for me! Really have a feel for the community and where it needs to go. Always implementing improvement. Will be here for a while. After all this is home!

I felt like we had to constantly hound the front office to make any progress on our application and now that we actually live here our maintenance requests are not being completed
