My Decade Home

Hello,

I have been a resident here for a decade now and of course things have changed since I first moved here because this is life, what doesn't change right? However, for the past two years since the new manager Ms. Dominique came, things started to get back on track regarding consistency and getting things done. My four-year old son and I have never felt safer, maintenance usually comes immediately when requested and the front office staff is always friendly and nice to me. Whenever I… have a need I can speak with Dominique about it and she does her best to assist in the matter. We are grateful to be here!

Office

The ladies in the office are very unprofessional. The company took over a couple of months ago have not changed air filters. Check the apartments sprayed lawn care. Everything is pour now it takes the maintenance guys three days to come out and fix or repair or look at anything Office opens up at 8:30 or nine. I called seven times between that time no answer trash all around the garbage can just pour maintenance and very unprofessional as a hold!

Rude leasing agent!

I called for information on paying rent the “new way” at Walmart through wips. The lil lady agent that answered the phone and EVERYTIME I go in the apt office she seems to be having a “bad day” mind you they just opened at 8am. I been living here for over 8 years and STILL have to deal with the many attitudes that come through that office as agents. SMDH

Maintenance here in Ashland Lakes Apartment Homes adjust leaves me speechless EVERYTIME with their professionalism and great customer service. Always on time. Shout out to Ashton and Terrance! Such amazing people and very fast. No complaints

Excellent

This review is truly from my heart! To Samantha and Bionca in the office, to Terrance and Ashton in maintenance, and everyone else working throughout this apartment community: STANDING OVATION! I feel welcomed. I feel safe. I feel proud to give each of you, all the flowers this review can possibly give! I HAVE NEVER been able to witness a group of people do their job so well and so far beyond expectations! The community is amazing, always well kept, and I haven’t had any problems thus far…and I… highly doubt I will. Thank you so much for being the blueprint for what an apartment community should be! Corporate?! They deserve and have very likely earned more than recognition and raises. Appreciate them because I certainly do.
