Rent here NOW!!

I’ve been here for over a year! I love it here! Pet friendly, safe, clean and most of all it’s peaceful!’ Reasonable prices in today’s economy!’ No extra fees on your MLG&W; the company pays for the water!! Check them out!!

Helpful in everyway!

My experience with Canterbury Woods was really good from the time I walked in the door. My leasing agent Ms. Aleize Gibson was very knowledgeable and attentive to all the things I was looking for in a apartment. The grounds of the apartments are always kept nice and clean. School zoned for some of the best Shelby County schools was also a plus!

Excellent experience from start to finish

The staff was very nice and friendly. The apartments were clean and well-kept. Everyone in the office greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions, and even offered us a drink. It was a welcoming and pleasant experience overall!

Amazing Staff & Prices

This is very nice apartment community with an amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. You can’t be the price and convenient location works perfect for me and my family. I’m a very happy to be a resident here, it’s even quiet where I can relax. Everyone who needs a place to stay should definitely stay here!!!

Liars

I applied a few months ago , I paid the $79 deposit fee and was told I could get the 2bed 1 bath I didn’t quite make enough for 2bed2bath they told me I had to CANCEL my current lease to get the apartment. My next question was if I don’t get approved then what? I’ve canceled my lease for nothing the employee said you’re going to get approved. I canceled my lease and didn’t get approved so now in February I’m going to be possibly homeless.
