BAD WITH COMMUNICATION

The leasing office does not know how to properly communicate with tenants. I currently live here and will not be renewing my lease. I do not recommend that you live here.

Upgrade

It wouldn't be so bad if they upgraded everything it's only 2 peopole in the office that are unprofessional. They say Property Value has gone up so that's why rent is to I need bigger space is why I'm trying to leave. But since I've been here maintenance will come after a few times put a order in an the following week you'll get a response I don't deal with anyone in office I let my girlfriend talk to management period. The rent hasn't been the problem for me just upgrade is all and if u need to… talk to someone in off I'd recommend the assistance manager she's the best Michelle ???? only..

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

When I moved in it was ok and then things took a turn for the worst. My couch couldn’t fit through the door. Someone was running up and down my steps at night. They was leaving trash at my door step and somebody left an entire outfit in front on my door. The last straw was when somebody hit my car. I complained to the office and nothing was done about it so I broke my lease.

RUN - YOUR FURNITURE WILL NOT FIT THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR

Poorly managed. Issues are not addressed in an efficient manner. These apartments need to be condemned.The cabinets are dry rotted, my floors actually have planks in several places, the carpet is crumbling, the ventilation hasn't been cleaned since being built. Management staff are delusional, put in a good front; but fake. Who leaves the bedroom door off?
