Dirty and unfunctioning apartments

They leasing office changes your apartment a day before your actual lease starts.
The apartment they gave is dirty,
the kitchen appliances don't work,
the apartment reeks of smoke,
the maintenance issues don't get answered, the leasing agents don't tell you about additional charges till you move in (and say its the change in policy due to which you are getting charged now) but no other residents pay those charges,
The gates don't work 50% of times

Beautiful Apartments

The property is beautiful! It's a hidden gem, with a great pool, and clubhouse. Ann was amazing and went the extra mile to help us.

Poorly Managed

Since the new management started, they have poor communication and have not followed up and done what they said they would do. At the renewal of my lease, I was suppose to receive complimentary carpet cleaning. The office staff has not returned my phone calls or emails. I've stopped by to address this in person with no success. Now I'm 4 months into my lease and my carpet still hasn't been cleaned. I do not recommend living here at all.
