How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't do it to yourself!!!

Someone who lives here told me about this place. I wish I would have ignored her. Where do I start??? This could be an awesome place to live, but hell no! They don't fix stuff. There is mold in every apartment. There are no screens on the windows, A/C don't work needs to be updates! My water is leaking and has been leaking for a while.

It's not worth your time or money. Oh, there are so many abandoned apartment units over here it's not funny. And people break into them. But yet they... quick to kick people out, but don't fix anything.
LISTEN TO ME DONT DO IT TO YOUR SELF!!!

Customer Service

No one never answers the phone and if you put in an inquiry about being a new tenant, no one still calls or send out an email to the future tenant. Customer service holds much respect whether you live on the property or not. I have tried to reach someone in the office since last week. If the hours have changed due to COVID then it should state that on the website.
